Dear future self...

Dear Sam,

I know things are probably hard for you. If you are reading this, you are probably in college preparing for your future. Hopefully you are studying to work with animals and follow your dream. I know that what ever you are doing, you are trying your best. You can do it.

If you are struggling, remember your old self. Remember the person that never gave up and kept working until she figured it out. If you keep this in mind, you will succeed.

Remember how when you were younger, all you wanted to do was help animals. Remember all of those animals you saved. Remember all of the pets you took care of. Remember how much you loved that. This should help you stay focused future self.

Sincerely,
Sam Schwartz

P.S. You better have a ball python by now!!

Love comes in many different forms. The love of your pet, your family, your partner, your self, or even an object. Everyone needs love in their life no matter what.

To me, love is a feeling of want. When I feel loved, I feel wanted. Everyone needs someone in their life who they can love or feel loved by. Without love, a person most likely feels alone and not wanted. This feeling is something no one wants to feel. Personally, I have felt this feeling many times before and it is something I wish to never feel again. Feeling alone makes me feel depressed and unloved. Being loved also involves a companion. A companion, no matter who they are, is someone who should always be there when they're needed.

Love is a very important experience in a persons life. A person who has never felt love has not truly lived. Life is all about being with people who you love and who make you happy. Be happy with the people who love you and you will live a happy life.

Responsibility....

Many people nowadays seem to blame things on other people and not take responsibility. For most people, this has become a habit. In our generation, less and less people are being responsible.

I myself do take responsibility for my own actions. I find blaming other people for my own actions irresponsible and childish. I always try my hardest to be honest, no matter what the consequences are. In many situations, i have found it very dificult to be responsible. For example, when i was about 6, i did a cartwheel in my living room and accidentally broke a lamp. It would have been very easy for me to lie and blame the accident on my brother, but instead i took the blame. I ended up getting in trouble, but blaming it on my brother would be wrong.

I think if more people would take responsibility, we would have a better world. Life has become about not having to take the fall and staying on top of the situation. This leads to drama and arguments. Just remember to tell the truth and be responsible!

My hardest project?...

Through my 10 years in school, i have had many different projects. Some were very easy and a few were hard and time consuming, but one project in particular was more dificult than the others. This project was the Sulfur atom in ms. Hammans class.

The Sulfur atom model was very time consuming for me. It took me about four hours to make, and i had to re-do it twice. I have never had to do any project like this one. One thing in particular that i found the hardest was putting the neutrons and protons in the middle. We were supposed to put them on without them touching each other. It took me about 2 hours just to do that part.

Another part of the project that i found very dificult was figuring out how to make the atom. It had to be free standing and it was hard for me to think of an idea. This project was not something that i could just google, i had to think of my own idea. In the end, my project turned out great. I got a good grade and my teacher loved my presentation. And that was all about my hardest project.

Taking risks.....

Some people devote their lives to discovery. These people are very adventurous and take chances. I myself am a very adventurous person. I love white water rafting, roller coasters, and i love taking risks. Taking risks is what makes life fun.

Many people in history have devoted their life to discovery. For example, Lewis and clark were sent by Thomas Jefferson to find a water route across North America and explore the west. They met Sacagawea on their way. They were very devoted to exploring the west.

I think the reason some people devote their life to discovery is because it involves taking risks and being adventurous. Taking risks involves danger, but it also involves fun, and that is what life is about. And that is what i think about adventurous people and taking risks.
