If money were no object.....

What i learned from this project is that you should do what you want to do. You should not pick a job for how much money it will give you, you sould do what is fun and makes you happy.

If i had no electricity....

If i had no electricity, I would have to give up a lot of things. I would have to give up my phone, computer, all lights, t.v and so  much more. Of course, i would miss all of those things, but there are two things i would miss the most. I would miss my snake George and my gecko Charlie.

Since these two animals are reptiles, they require heat. They are called ectotherms.  In the wild, they live in the desert because the desert is warm and provides them with heat. My gecko is from pakistan and my snake is from arizona. Their heat comes from heat lamps and/or heat mats in captivity. These two things run on electricity. If there was no electricity, i could not provide them with any heat.

If i had to give up my pets, i would be so extremely sad. I've never met another girl with a snake(im cool). My pets are like dogs to me, their my best friends. Even though my snake is extremely mean and bites me all the time, i would still miss him. That is what i would miss if i had no electricity. :)

My favorite book

My favorite book is "Diary of anne frank".Most people have heard her story, but the book goes into detail and explains her life and struggles. It also tells what most jews went through in that time period. The author of this book is of course Anne Frank.

Anne frank was born June 12th, 1929, in Frankfurt, Germany. Her parents were Otto and Edith Frank. Anne lived with her parents and her sister Margot. The germans began to concentrate the jews in 1942, anne was 13. The franks were forced to go into hiding in the attic of Ottos workplace. After going into hiding, Herman, Aguste and Peter Van Pels went into hiding with them. The german police eventually found everyone living in the attic August 4th, 1944. Annes father Otto was the only person to survive the war.

In hiding, Anne kept a diary. She wrote all about her fears, hopes, and expirences. She also wrote about her love life with peter. Her book was published after the war was over. The book goes over annes whole life and is very popular all over the world. I really loved this book because it is in the point of view of someone who went through all of this. The book is very sad and i would definetely suggest reading it.
